Revision Policy
This Revision Policy explains how customers may request changes or corrections linked to a British Academic Helps Order ID.
Revision policy overview
A revision request is a request to review or adjust delivered support according to the original order instructions. Revision requests must be linked to a valid Order ID.
Revision requests linked to Order ID
Customers must provide the relevant Order ID when requesting a revision. This helps admin identify the original brief, uploaded files, payment record and delivery details.
What revisions may cover
- Correction of missed instructions from the original brief.
- Formatting or referencing adjustments within the agreed style.
- Clarification of feedback or model-answer guidance.
- Editing or proofreading corrections related to the agreed service.
What revisions do not cover
- New tasks, new questions or new files not included in the original order.
- A change of topic, subject, word count or academic level after delivery.
- Requests based on guaranteed grades or guaranteed results.
- Major changes caused by late customer instructions.
Revision timing
Revision requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery. Requests made after a long delay may be harder to review.
Admin review and decision
All revision requests are reviewed by admin. If the request is within the original scope, admin may approve a revision. If outside scope, admin may provide a new quote.
