Emails and WhatsApp redirect

We may send email notifications about quotes, orders, OTP verification, payment updates and completed files. The website may also redirect you to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing quote or order details.

Payment information

PayPal payments may be processed through PayPal’s secure payment environment. Bank Transfer details may be recorded for order tracking and admin verification. We do not intentionally store full card details on the website.

Admin access

Authorised admin users may access quote requests, orders, customer records, uploaded files, payments, reviews, comments and settings as required to operate the website and deliver support.
